The Four Trees (Early Spring)

I painted this tree in early spring when new growth is just starting to appear. some branches are still bare, with soft greens emerging and pale light filtering through. I used an impressionistic style to capture the feeling of the season rather than precise detail. This is the third painting in my front yard series. The loose brushwork focuses on the atmosphere and mood of early spring—that transitional moment between winter and the growing season.
